Direct publisher rights
Every entitlement maps to an agreement with the publisher whose content is covered. Rights are never inferred from another publisher’s agreement.
For AI labs / buy side
DataLicenser helps an AI lab reach direct terms with a publisher, then supplies the identity, access, structured-delivery, and telemetry layer needed to operate the agreement.
Lab onboarding is not self-serve. Business identity, permitted use, publisher coverage, delivery format, and commercial terms are reviewed together.

Supported source-IP verification and signed credentials distinguish authorized access from a spoofed user-agent string.
Receive covered content as clean Markdown or JSON without advertising chrome or unrelated layout markup.
Publisher, content, license, decision, time, and usage references form a reconcilable event trail.
Exclusive access
Where exclusivity is part of the publisher agreement, DataLicenser restricts the licensed route to the authorized lab for the covered scope and term.
Non-exclusive access
A publisher can authorize multiple labs under different terms. Each lab receives distinct credentials, measurement, and revocation state.
Integration shape
Business and technical identity are reviewed before credentials are issued.
Lab and publisher approve content scope, use, term, price, and exclusivity.
Source signals and signed credentials are checked against the live entitlement.
Usage events support audit, billing, and renewal discussions for that publisher agreement.
DataLicenser charges the AI lab a separate platform and access-orchestration fee under the lab-side agreement.
Lab business development
Publisher availability and rights are confirmed directly. We do not claim coverage, exclusivity, or pricing that is not under active agreement.
